We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" on all our medical products and health equipment. You have 30 days to look over your product/s, and if you are not fully satisfied, you may return the medical product for a full refund of the purchase price of items returned in "like new" condition. Personalized items and equipment that has engraving applied are non-returnable.
